At CUTIPAWS, we stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty policy outlines our commitment to you and your pet.
CUTIPAWS warrants that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the functionality or structural integrity of the product.
Our warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers issues that arise from the manufacturing process, including faulty stitching, hardware failures, or material defects that occur during regular use.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and varies by product category. Most CUTIPAWS products are covered for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date.
To qualify for warranty coverage, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt. The warranty period cannot be extended or renewed.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
- Damage from accidents, pet chewing, or excessive force
- Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorised parties
- Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality, such as minor colour variations or surface marks
The warranty also does not cover products purchased from unauthorised retailers or resellers.
To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue
- Provide clear photographs showing the defect or damage
- Include your proof of purchase and the date you received the product
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3-5 business days. We may request additional information or photographs to assess the issue properly.
If your warranty claim is approved, CUTIPAWS will, at our discretion, take one of the following actions:
- Repair the defective product
- Replace the product with an identical or comparable item
- Issue a refund or store credit for the purchase price
The resolution method will depend on product availability, the nature of the defect, and other relevant factors. We will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.
Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. Replacement products are subject to the same warranty terms as the original purchase.
